A wonderfully airy 3 bedroom apartment located within easy reach of Puerto Banus. Just a short stroll to the beach and 8 minutes from the Port, makes this an excellent base to either explore the Costa Del Sol or just relax in the sunshine. There is ample private gated parking available to guests and lift access to the apartment located on the first floor. A double aspect lounge has breathtaking views of both mountains and the Mediterranean. A flat screen TV with surround sound is connected to both UK Freeview satellite and DVD player. All furniture is imported from major companies in the UK and is of a high standard. 3 large bedrooms (2 kings and 1 twin), 1 en-suite, main bathroom (with large corner bath, shower), separate WC, large dining area (seating 8), lounge, kitchen (dishwasher, 2 ovens), laundry and large balcony. The apartment has dual central AC. A shared large pool (loungers and parasols for guest use) and Padel Tennis courts are within the landscaped grounds.

A quick walk along the river takes you straight onto the sandy beach or another 5 minutes along the promenade takes you into the heart of the port. The port has numerous restaurants and bars along with exclusive boutiques by the World’s leading fashion designers. With million pound yachts moored in the harbour and Italian supercars cruising past, the port offers some wonderful restaurants or just somewhere to watch the world go by. In the opposite direction, along the Golden Mile promonade, a thirty minute walk takes you into Marbella. Here you can walk through the cobbled streets of the old town and sample the Tapas in Orange square. Marbella offers a further selection of bars, restaurants, nightlife and Spanish fiestas.

Additional information about rental rates

  • EASTER SPECIAL £1300 for two weeks (4th-18th April 2009)

    Normal availability of apartment for check in on your day of arrival is 3pm, this is to guarantee that the apartment has been cleaned and made ready for your arrival. Normal Checkout time on the day of your departure is 11.00am. If you would like to check in or out at a different time then please check with owner, if no bookings are before or after yours then you might be able to change these times.

    Additional cost of £50.00 is required if your arrival time is Monday to Saturday before 10am or after 8pm, or on a Sunday.

    A booking fee of £200 per week booked (included short breaks) is required to hold your reservation, this is non refundable if the holiday is cancelled less than six weeks prior to the date of your arrival. The remaining payment is required six weeks prior to your date of arrival. Electronic Bank Transfers is preferable, but cheques and Paypal are also accepted.
  • A £250 security and damage deposit is required prior to your departure, this is held until the apartment has been inspected and the keys have been returned. Any costs for damages will be taken from this deposit. If the apartment needs additional cleaning or laundry above the norm then this will be taken from the deposit.

  • The master bedroom also has a large en-suite bathroom including bath (with shower), washbasin toilet and bidet. The apartment actually has 4 bedrooms, but the 4th bedroom/box room is not in use and acts as a store for our clothes, and so the remaining three bedrooms are all relatively large. All the beds are less than 2 years old and our family, including three children, lived their happily for 18 months.

Notes: The apartment is on the 1st floor of a three storey building and has lift access to all floors. There are a couple of steps in the grounds but no major obstacles.

Lovely accomdation for a relaxing holiday, plenty of space and great location. Only a short walk to port & El Cortes Ingles. Very few people at pool so felt like our own private villa at times. Internet at hotel opposite (but expensive). Only disadvantage was we had no TV network card.
