Kaliroe Mansion is a luxury villa with four double bedrooms, (all ensuite), that will comfortably sleep 8 adults. The property is located in a rural position on the outskirts of Paralimni, a 10 minute drive away from the popular beaches and amenities of Protaras and Agia Napa. The newly built villa stands on its own in a large walled and landscaped garden. The private pool area is well screened and is equipped with loungers, parasols, tables and chairs, along with a shower area and barbeque. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have double beds and a balcony with views over the town of Paralimni. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two single beds each. There is a family bathroom upstairs and downstairs wc. The living accomodation is open plan and spacious, with patio doors on three elevations opening out onto the pool area, has seating for 10, and Radio, DVD, CD, Satellite and local TV facilities available. The Kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, Dishwasher and Washing machines.

Loungers, tables, chairs and parasols are provided on the balcony area. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 are located on the first floor of the house and the 4th bedroom is on the ground floor.

Airport Transfers : Transfers to and from Larnaca Airport can be arranged if required, please contact me for costs. The journey time to the villa is approximately 35 minutes, and will cost between 45 and 55 euro each way.

Vehicle Rental: Due to the location of the villa on the outskirts of Paralimni, it is recommended that a vehicle is hired to allow access to the main tourist locations. Special rates have been negotiated with a local firm, details of which will be forwarded on request.
