Rossetti apartment occupies the fifth floor of a Niciose building with no lift. As you enter this very bright light filled apartment, you are greeted by plush designer open plan living. There is a loft feel with freshly painted walls, marble floors and wooden beams. The living area is equipped with a large brown upholstered sofa and two contemporary transparent chairs. For entertainment, the 42-inch wall hung LCD TV is equipped with HD and a full SKY package. Also included is a DVD player and Dolby Digital surround sound with an iPod hook-up. There are also creature comforts such as reading lamps, cushions, and throws. The three bedrooms (all similar size)occupy the top floor of this duplex apartment, each with individually controlled air conditioning. The bathroom consists of a large designer bath with three taps for hot and cold water and one for the shower attachment. There is also a shower room and separate WC. Very large kitchen, fully-equipped and comfortable dining area for six.

The apartment overlooks the multi-coloured square of Place Rossetti, lined with its cafés, restaurants, Cathedral St Reparaté and the infamous ice-cream parlour, Fennochios. With this central location, you could not be more in the heart of the Old Town. It is just a few minutes’ walk away from both the Cours Saleya, Promenade des Anglais and beach and the bus station and a tram stop is a mere five minute walk away. There is also a public car park nearby, which is found under the Cours Saleya. A fifteen minute stroll will get you to the Port and the main shopping district in the modern city centre. The main Nice Ville train station is about 25 minutes away by foot or an easy 4-stop tram ride.
