Our comfortable privately owned villas is located just a stones throw from some of the best beaches on the Island of Rhodes, namely Lindos, Vlicha, Pefkos and of course St Paul's bay with its idyllic church and wedding setting. The beach at Naverone bay is just 800 meters away. As well as the private pool, there is a small garden to the front with olive tree and lawn, as well as large sunbathing terraces. To the rear of the property there is a sheltered courtyard. The villas also boasts a tiled roof terrace with sea views, an ideal place should you wish to get that over tan or just escape from the rest of your party. Its location makes it the ideal base for those of you wanting the independence of a self catering holiday with the opportunity to get out and explore the rest of Rhodes..Many Couples elect to marry on Rhodes and St Paul’s bay is one of the most romantic settings, it is just 5 minutes away at Lindos.

The city of Rhodes is located at the far northern end of the island, and is divided in to tow distinct areas, the old town and the new. It includes the site of the ancient and modern commercial harbours. The interior of the country is mountainous, sparsely inhabited with the occasional, unspoilt villages and covered with forests of pine and cypress. The Aegean Sea and Mediterranean Sea provide breathtaking coastline, they both meet on the most southerly tip of the island at Prassinosi. This area is also famous for is water sports, wind surfing and kite surfing are readily available to partake as well as observe. Our villa is superbly located very close to Lindos, one of the key attractions of Rhodes. Lindos is World famous (a UNESCO Site) and is steeped with history, tradition, charm, fine dining and an array of activities that cater for all budgets. At the end of the road from our villa there is a bus stop which is an exciting and cheap way to explore!

  • Reserve now for 2010 & 2011 to secure early booking. To secure our villa for the dates you require simply place a deposit of 25% of your total bill. The remainder we require 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment currency is UK Pounds by personal cheque.. To deter wilful neglect the total bill will include a £150 security bond and this is refunded immediately to you once we have confirmation no damage occurred during your stay.
  • Air conditioning is payable locally and it is charged at just 100 Euro per week.
  • Our property management team, will be on hand to meet and greet you and to explain how everything works and where everything is located, we can also arrange for any special requests, such as a birthday cake or champagne should it be a special occasion, all you need to do is ask.

  • The main bathroom, has a large double shower cubicle which is fully tiled., together with washbasin and WC. on the main living floor there is a toilet, and WC. We supply white cotton hand and bath towels for each guest.

  • Bedroom 1 - This is the master room, with comfortable double bed. From this bedroom, the double patio doors lead you directly out to the private courtyard with its seating area and Mediterranean plants, candles and outside lighting make this a romantic place for you to sit in the evening. Bedroom 2 - this is a large twin room with 2 comfortable single beds. The Windows open out over the court yard. Bedroom 3 - This is on a mezzanine level, and has 2 comfortable single beds, from this room you have access on to the large tiled roof terrace with great sea views and views of the Cliffs made famous in the film the 'Guns of Naverone.' Each bedroom has wardrobes as well as bedside cabinets and lamps. There are 2 hairdryers in the rooms. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are spacious enough for a babies cot should you require one.( there is one supplied in the villa in the store room) Each of the bedrooms is air-conditioned should you require it. There are additional pillows should you require.

Notes: Our villa is fully equipped for all your needs, in the kitchen we have included a full range of crockery and glasses as well as pans, roasting tins, cooking utensils and cutlery, more them enough should you wish to prepare a gourmet meal. There is also an electric kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster and a mini George Foreman grill. In the store cupboard, there is an iron& ironing board, feel free to use the washing machine. There is also plenty of room for you to store your luggage, until you are ready to leave. There is a supply of books, DVD’s, music Cd's as well as board games to keep everyone entertained; we have also supplied snorkels and flippers for use during your stay. There is also a travel cot & high chair should you have a junior member in your party. All the bed linen is white cotton as are the towels. The Traditional Greek BBQ, comes with all the BBQ tools together with an electric spit roast. T-towels are also supplied as is cleaning materials.

Winter Breaks: The winter months of Rhodes are mild and are ideal for walking and cycling holidays. The Greek people also love to party, so come and visit during Christmas and Easter and experience some of the local festivals for your self.

Weddings: Close to St Pauls Bay, our villa makes the perfect setting from which to start out your new life together. Inside and out there are lots of assorted candles and candles lamps so that you can make a very romantic setting. If you require any special 'wedding day' decorations please let us know and we will try to accommodate. As our villa is just 5 minutes from the church at St Pauls Bay, it also makes the ideal base for your wedding guests.

Local Facilities: There is a small local shop just 50m away. Pefkos has a fantastic bakery and is open long hours. I can recommend the fresh bread and cakes. Both Lindos and Pefkos have numerous shops and tavernas, with something to suit all tastes. Both villages benefit from some roof top restaurants. There are cash machines in both villages as well as banks and a post office. The larger supermarkets are located closer to Rhodes town, with the nearest one just 6km away. If you decide to have a BBQ there are 2 butchers in the village of Lardos that supply an array of fine meats. Rhodes town holds a fresh produce Market on a Wednesday and Saturday each week and the old town of Rhodes is definitely worth a visit, it is steeped in history and its maze of cobbles streets is a shopper’s paradise. For those of you that prefer something modern the New town of Rhodes offers a fine selection of shop including M&S, BHS plus numerous trendy boutiques, coffee bars and gift shops as well as some harbour side eaterie

Golf: The championship 18-hole golf course at Afandou is a 15 mins drive away. This is a quaint, award winning golf course on the waters edge of the Med.
