Villa in a hilly position with scenic view of the sea and hills. Air conditioned. Garden with olive trees, flower. Dogs are allowed. 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. 10 + 4 people can sleep. Furnished with taste and a delightful tuscan style, moreover, a central bathroom with tub. Great for family or group of friends. 2 kitchens. One of them is outside the house, under a gazebo. Well furnished, (cooker with 4 rings, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine) ideal for organising dinners and spending time outdoors under a gazebo with pergola and furnished with armchairs,a swing, tables and chairs. Oven (heated by wood) or rural barbeque. All this is immersed in the marvellous green surroundings.Terrace with a stupendous panorama overlooking the hills and sea. Swimming pool, 9m in diameter with hydro massage, large solarium and a hot water shower. It is equipped with lounges, sun umbrellas. Private Tennis court wih an added cost.A gardener comes daily. Private electric gate.

The location is better than pictures can tell.

First time, we spent our holidays in this villa, we were well surprised. The location is better than pictures can tell.
You’ll find several possibilities to relax in the detached villa. Even if you stay there with several friends or family you’ll find a place to retreat from everybody. Several lounges in the huge lovely garden and at the well-maintained pool invite to linger. But also a lot of activities are offered: a tennis court and table tennis outside, tabletop football and piano inside the villa. The whole location offers a family atmosphere and rooms are lovely arranged.
For meals we usually used the outside kitchen or the barbeque nearby. It is well furnished and the nice pergola offers the possibility to sit all together surrounded by wine and olive trees. But you will also find enough room inside in bad weather.
The owner was always very friendly and helpful.
We already stayed there for three times and we are looking forward to come again.

Wonderful week in Rosignano Marittimo!

We (7 women from Finland) spent a wonderful week in this villa at the end of September. We had planned to make trips all over Tuscany. But the villa was so great, that we ended up spending much more time there. The villa was clean and well maintained, the garden was beautiful and the pool great. Eleonora was a perfect hostess and very helpfull. There are also wonderfull places to go: we visited Volterra, Livorno, San Giminiano and small towns nearby. When you plan the trips, reserve enough time for driving. It takes more time to drive the narrow roads that go around the hills than you could expect by looking the map.
We had a very relaxing week in Rosignano Marittimo and warmly recommend this villa to our friends.

L'uliveta del Luschi is great! It's lovely and homy. Great place for family with kids. We had a problem during the stay, but Eleonora came in 1 hour and fix it right away!! After that everything was perfect! Eleonora is friendly and helpful. She raccomended us great restaurants and lots of stores for shopping. She is a perfect owner! We probably want to visit her again next year!
