Our spectacular three bedroom (all with en suite bathrooms) duplex apartment is set within beautiful gardens of this exclusive complex of only 19 properties. The duplex is finished to a very high standard with top of the range fixtures, fittings and furnishings, including a large top of the range flat screen television (HD ready), with satellite and DVD, in the lounge and a further television in the master bedroom. There is large terrace for dining leading off the dining area, with views across to the thirteenth hole and lake in Santa Ponsa Golf. The large hallway leads on the left to a large kitchen, with utility room off. Two of the bedroom suites are off this hallway, as is the attractive lounge and dining area. Stairs lead to the upper level with the master bedroom suite and wonderful sunny roof terrace. There are three en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a dressing room and doors leading off to a sunny roof terrace furnished with high quality furniture

Our beautiful apartment is situated about 5 minutes stroll to the wide safe sandy beach of Santa Ponsa. It is also about 5-10 minute drive to 3 golf courses. Santa Ponsa boasts a Country Club, where daily and weekly membership is available. The Club offers tennis courts, a fantastic gym, indoor swimming pool and spa and good restaurant. This attractive family resort has a wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities to appeal to every taste. A short car (or taxi) ride takes you to water parks, Marineland, an Acquarium and, of course, the capital city of Palma itself. From here you can take the scenic train to Soller and buses take you to all corners of the island.

  • We ask for a 25% non refundable deposit - the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. We also ask for a breakage deposit (by way of separate cheque) of £350. This should be sent with the final balance. The cheque will be destroyed after inspection of our property on your departure.

    The property is usually available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.a.m on your departure. However if we are able to, we will happily accommodate requests for earlier arrivals or later departures.

  • Our bedrooms are all spacious and have en suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes, with plenty of hanging and drawer space. The master bedroom has two large singe beds. We supply high quality linen and towels including beach towels. A child's cot and hi chair are available. We do NOT provide linen/blankets for the cot. If your stay is for longer than one week then we call to change linen and towels and also clean the bathrooms and kitchen.

Notes: Our lovely duplex apartment is approached by a lift; there are ramps outside for wheelchair users. However bedrooms are on the second level of the duplex and for this reason our property may not be suitable for wheelchair users. As a courtesy to ourselves and to others please refrain from smoking within the property but use the balcony and upper terrace. Thank you.
