The villa has its own pool and enjoys stunning views from its elevated position. Built on 2 levels, with 2 bedrooms on the upper level and 2 below, the villa is an ideal base for 2 families holidaying together. On the upper level there is also a lounge/dining room leading to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and Shower Room. Outside there is a 8 x 4 MTR swimming pool, extensive terracing and barbecue. Close by (walking distance) is a tennis court also walking distance downhill to the beach. The villa is very private and secure and screened by Bouganvillia and other beautiful trees and plants.

The Villa comfortably sleeps 8 : Moraira is part of the municipality of Teulada. In earlier times the centres of population were situated away from the coasts to offer some protection from marauding pirates and invaders - Romans, Moors, Berbers etc. Moraira developed as the fishing port for Teulada, and both the lookout tower (Torre-vigia) on Cap d'Or overlooking Moraira's El Portet beach, and the Castle are reminders of the past. Moraira has four beaches, each very different in character from the others. The beach of El Portet is the northernmost of these, being situated at the end of a sheltered shell-shaped bay, quiet with clear water and a gently sloping seabed, being ideal and safe for swimming. The town beach is a large sandy beach with a play area and restaurants. Platgetes is quieter and partly sand/partly rock; and L'Andrago is a boulder beach, ideal for snorkeling. Both to the north and south of Moraira there are many secluded bays and coves well worth exploring.

Golf: There are 4-5 Excellent Golf Course within half an hour of the villa. one is only 10 minute drive away 9 hole course Golf Ifach.
