Luxury 5 bedroom villa with views on the Obidos lagoon and partly on the Atlantic Ocean. This villa has a private pool of 14x7 and has a huge fenced garden. It has a garage big enough to put 3 cars. The villa has a fence all around the garden and has a remote controlled gate and garage door.It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,a huge kitchen and living room and lots of nice outside space. It also has an outside small wooden pool house with a fridge, toilet and shower close to the swimming pool. The beach of Foz the Arelho is 5 minutes away by foot and 2 minutes by car.Foz do Arelho is a lively town in summer with lots of nice bars,restaurants and cafes,all with amazing views on the Ocean. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and has everything you could imagine to have a dream holiday on the silver coast. It's 10 minutes from the beautiful historical walled town of Obidos. Lisbon is within 1 hour’s drive. The villa is currently being refurbished and will be ready 1/06/09

Located on the Silver coast. Obidos,Sao Martinho do Porto & Alobaça are some very nice villages close to the villa.The local area provides bars, restaurant and supermarket which are situated next to the Obidos lagoon and beach. The beaches are miles of white sand & surf and attract surfers from many areas. There are bars and restaurants scattered along the coastline towards the fishing town of Peniche, which is famous for its fish restaurants.5 minutes drive from Foz beach and lagoon, and 10 minutes from the beautiful historical walled town of Obidos. The wonderful city of Lisbon is within 1 hour’s drive where the nearest international airport is situated..

    There is an additional cleaning cost per week; up to 6 people 75 euro/week

    The client pays 30% with the confirmation of booking and 6 weeks before arrival the balance.
    There is a security deposit of 250 euro which needs to be paid 6 weeks before arrival,this security deposit will be paid back maximum 2 weeks after departure.
