Additional information about rental rates

  • Minimum stay is for 1 week unless there is a nightly rate specified. Rental periods are Saturday to Saturday the villa must be vacated by 10am and is ready for occupation from 5pm. We require payment in euros into our french account at the prevailing rate at the time of booking.Rental price includes final cleaning,final laundry of linen and bath towels (beach and pool towels not provided),meet and greet by a local liason/guardienne and pool maintenance.
  • Additional cleaning days can be arranged prior to booking. A cautionnment(surety) of £750 for 1 week or £1250
    for 2 weeks will apply to all bookings as cover against damages or loss (this does not limit the liability of the renter if higher costs are incurred) this must be paid along with the final payment.
  • A reservation deposit of 50% (2 weeks or more) or 35% (1 week) is payable when a booking is made. The final payment is required no later than 6 weeks before the date of arrival. We reserve the right to retain a deposit if final payment is not received and offset any costs incurred.
