Wireless LAN and/or notebook/pc free of charge on request. Spacious lounge with Juliette balcony overlooking narrow boat holiday traffic, comfortable seating with coffee table and reading lights. 42 inch television with multiple channels and DVD. Walnut dining table with 6 chairs. Although 6 can be accommodated many couples or parties of 4 also use the apartment.Entrance hall with storage for coats and hair dryer, picnic basket, ironing, cleaning and other equipment. Man's and woman's adult bicycles supplied with helmets. Leaflets on all local attractions including extra bicycle hire, boat hire, restaurants etc. Bathroom with wc, shower and bath. Kitchen with dish and clothes washer, gas hob and oven, microwave with electric grill, 4 slice toaster, kettle, coffee/espresso maker. All bedrooms triple-glazed against town and traffic noises. Main bedroom with double bed; second with two single beds and small TV; third with couch for seating or to sleep two and bunk bed over.

Catering: Although all facilities for self catering are provided, breakfast can be had at the Grosvenor Hotel opposite or in town at a number of cafes or hotels. There is a wealth of good pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance including those that are 'child friendly'.

Sightseeing: The open top sightseeing bus leaves from its terminus less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Parking: There is a space allocated and a second car may park with our visitors pass. There is a paying car park for further cars which always has spaces just behind the property.

Other Activities: Theatre visits; cinema or movies with adult and children's programmes
