Can Calma is a luxury property set in a peaceful location with beautiful sea views to the south and pine covered hills behind. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The house, a reformed finca, boasts 4 separate outside terraces with 'chill out' sofas and beds, an outside kitchen/BBQ and a Petanca/boules pitch. Inside there are 6 bedrooms with AC, 5 bathrooms & great living, kitchen and dining areas. Whilst Can Calma is totally tranquil it is just around the corner from everything you’ll want from your perfect Ibiza holiday with famous beaches, restaurants and clubs close by. It is 2 minutes drive from Sa Caleta beach and fish restaurant. It is 3 mins from Cala Jondal beach with its fantastic cuisine and beach clubs (Blue Marlin, Tropicana and Yemanja). 8 mins drive from the pretty village of San Jose with wonderful cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. Salinas beach is 12 mins away (Jockey Club, Sa Trinxa), 3mins to KM5 restaurant/bar & 15 mins to Ibiza Old Town.

'ONE OF THE BEST LOCATIONS ON THE ISLAND' - Can Calma sits in a 4000m2 south facing plot. The house is ideally placed being within 15 minutes of pretty much everywhere you’ll want to go on the island. To the east, the airport & Ibiza town are both close by and even closer are many of the greatest locations on the south of the island. If you want beaches, Cala Jondal, Es Codolar and Sa Caleta are all within a couple of minutes drive. The west coast beaches are 20 minutes drive & the beaches of Las Salinas (Jockey Club & Sa Trinxa) & Es Caballets are only 10 minutes away. There are 6 of the island‘s best restaurants within five minutes drive; Blue Marlin, Es Xarco, Yemanja, KM5, Tropicana & Sa Caleta. If you want to go clubbing Space is under 10 minutes away, Pacha, Amnesia and Privilege are only 15 minutes away, and San Antonio is only 20 minutes drive to the west. There are a 100 other coves, restaurants, bars and distractions just round the corner in this beautiful part of the island

  • 15% discount for all bookings made before New year. Prices quoted are in euros and are for one week. Long weekends are available in Spring, Autumn and over New Year and are €3000 to €4000 depending on length of stay and number of guests. For charges of other length of stays please enquire.Saturday to Saturday booking in high season but long weekends are also available for the rest of the year. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am. During off peak we can be flexible with these times to fit with Ryan air or Airberlin flight times.
  • DEPOSIT ; 50% of payment taken at time of booking with the remainder payable 30 days before the stay. 1500 euros security deposit taken before arrival and paid back within a week of end of stay.

  • The two bathrooms on the ground floor will be brand new and finished in the style of the house, rustic chic. They are being completed by Easter 09. The site will be updated with new photos when they are ready but they will be great. The one bathroom photo on this website is bathroom 2 upstairs done in an updated finca style and is in good very condition. Bathroom one is in the same style as bathroom 2.

  • The sleeping accommodation is placed over two floors with three bedrooms and two bathromms on the lower floor and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. The 6th bedroom & bathroom is in a separate guest house. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The three bedrooms on the lower floor all have individual access to a terrace as does one of the bedrooms upstairs. All the rooms have very good beds and matresses. All have high quality linen and towels. All have hairdryers. All have good storage space. The three bedrooms on the ground floor are being refurbished and will be complete by Easter 09. They will be fantastic and done in 'rustic chic' style with build in wardrobes, microcement flooring and teak wood glass doors & teak wood shutters which open out to the terrace near the pool. The new photos will be posted on the site as soon as possible.

Outside at Can Calma: The house sits in a 4000m2 plot and is south facing. There are 4 terraces around the house with various chill out areas with sofas as well as a roof top chill out area. By the pool there are sun loungers for 10 which include large double beds with covers, plus parasols. There is a BBQ, 'outside kitchen' and two outside dining areas both with tables and seating for 10. The pool is 12m x 3m, not heated but is swimable from late April until late October. There is a petanca/boules pitch and a basic outdoor gym.

Distances: Sa Caleta village 2km. San Jose 7km. San Jordi 7km. Ibiza town, port and Dalt Vila 12km. Marina Bottafoch 13km. Santa Eulalia 23km. San Antonio 15km. Ibiza airport 8 mins drive (noise is not an issue as the house is behind hills). Ibiza port 20 mins drive. Car hire is highly recommended. There is a quality golf club on the central east of the island. This is 20-25mins drive from the house. There is an 18 hole course and a 9 hole course
