Our relaxing experience in Chiang Mai

Staying at Boutique Home Chiang Mai really enhanced our holiday to Thailand. I travelled to Chiang Mai for a 5 day trip in February 2009 with my wife and child along with another couple.
The location was ideal as it was within easy access of all the main places. This was made even better by the driver provided, who was courteous and very knowledgeable when on trips in and around the city.
The house was set in a gated community which had beautiful tree lined streets and very pleasing scenery. We found the property suited all of us perfectly. It was very comfortable and peaceful, a perfect retreat. Further to this the house was spotless thanks to nice touches from the maid. I believe that the property is quite new too. The security staff at the entrance were very polite and most importantly extremely efficient.
Outside the house and a brisk walk away was the swimming pool , tennis court and restaurant. The pool was situated in wonderful surroundings and the Asian style umbrellas pool side cooled the hot afternoon temperatures. We had dinner at the restaurant on several occasions and enjoyed some delicious food there from a choice of Thai and Western food .
We all hope to return to Chiang Mai in the not too distant future and if available, sample the comforts of this accommodation again.
