This beautiful, luxury and spacious villa is the ideal place for your family holiday.

There is a cosy lounge with fire place, a very spacious, modern fully equipped fitted kitchen with a spacious dining area, giving 8 people enough space to have a nice meal.

In the garden you find a children's play area and the large pool 5m x 9m is heatable (extra charge).

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, one en suite and 3 bathrooms. There is a spacious terrace with BBQ area and plenty of space around the pool to sunbath. There is distant sea views from the upstairs terrace.

Nearest Ferry : Portimão at 3 Kilometres

Car: recommended

Sesmarias is close to Carvoeiro, in Sesmarias you find a small supermarket, some restaurants and cafes in walking distance. In 5 mins by Car you are in Carvoeiro with lots of Restaurants, Shops, Cafes, Bars and a beautiful beach. Or you can drive to Ferragudo, which is a small fishing village that still maintains its original charme. There are plenty of beautiful beaches only 5mins by car.
