Our favourite place; the villa is set in a wonderful position with stunning sea views of the bay of Golfe Juan, Cap d‘Antibes and the Isle de Lerins.(See website attached before 'reviews') .Home from home, lovingly furnished it offers easy and comfortable living with everything you need in an ideal location. It is bright and spacious with all main rooms having sea views and has the benefit of two large living rooms, one on each level, with French doors opening onto the large balcony and terrace. Enjoy the easy access to the lovely sandy beaches and the blue seas of the Mediterranean only 5 minutes away. The lovely villages and sophisticated resorts of the Riviera with excellent restaurants, are all within easy reach, just 8 km from Cannes and 5 km from Antibes and less than 5 min from our local village of Golfe Juan with its wonderful variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The marina with its beautiful yachts is a favourite place to sit and watch the world go by

There is so much to see and do from this exceptional location: from the markets of Antibes and Valbonne,visit Vallauris famous for its colourful pottery and artistic heritage or take a boat ride to the Islands. Spend the day golfing at one of the excellent courses nearby or enjoy the bustling craft stalls and vibrant nightlife that Juan les pins has to offer. For a change of scene take a drive along the beautiful coast roads to St Tropez or Monte Carlo. If you fancy a taste of old Provence, drive inland to some of the loveliest hilltop villages eg Mougins and St Paul de Vence. You could be walking amongst glorious mountain scenery and swimming from lovely sandy beaches in the same day. However you choose to spend your days you will always enjoy returning home to relax on the balcony, open a bottle of chilled rose wine and watch the changing light over the sea as the sun goes down and the twinkling lights bring Cap d’Antibes and Juan les pins to life.

Notes: The villa is available to rent for the first time and has been lovingly furnished throughout. The spacious living room enjoys uninterrupted panoramic sea views and has a lovely traditional provencal fireplace. It has a new hand painted kitchen with granite work surfaces and high quality appliances. Choose to dine on the balcony, terrace or inside during the cooler season. All bedrooms have sea views, air-conditioning and are extremely comfortable. The master bedroom has French doors and a spacious new en suite bathroom. On the lower level the villa benefits from a 2nd large living room with French doors, leading to the bedroom with French doors and en suite. The staircase leads to the terrace kitchen with laundry. The terrace has a dining table and sun loungers. The garden is lovely and natural, with pines, palms, fruit trees, cactus and bougainvillaea. A secluded oasis in which to completely relax and enjoy your stay. Secure parking for 3 cars. *Disabled access to top level only.

Cannes Film Festival, Cannes Boat Show, Monaco Grand Prix ,and Historic Grand Prix ( every 2 yrs )Nice Flower Festival, Juan les pins and Nice Jazz festivals, Bastille Day with its spectacular firework displays. Activities: Beautiful beaches to suit all tastes from the glamorous 'treat day out', to the lovely free sandy beaches where you can take your own delicious picnic and stay until the sun sets. Marineland and the Aquapark near Antibes are great days out for families. The game of Boules, played in most villages is fascinating to watch. Golf, with a range of lovely courses to suit beginner to expert nearby. Ski-ing: the season being from December to the end of March depending on snowfall and just over an hours drive away from the villa at Auron and Isola. There are also some lovely areas for walking, particularly around the Cap d'Antibes.

Shopping: There is a wide variety of shopping available in the locality of the villa with the lovely local shops and markets supplying superb fresh produce. There is a fantastic Carrefour just 10 minutes away on the outskirts of Antibes and at St Laurent du var, Cap 3000 with Galerie Lafayette, (a favourite haunt for serious shopping). From designer shops in Cannes to the charming old streets of Antibes with its lovely individual shops, ideal for presents and treats. Juan les pins has a wealth of boutiques and shoe shops and is a fun place to visit. Valbonne is a joy, get there early on market day and drink in the atmosphere from the Truffles to the fresh olives and tapenade. Visit Grasse, the perfume capital of France and stop off at Mougins to sample its hidden delights and enjoy the views. Drive to the famous market at Ventimiglia on the Italian border, take a leisurely lunch and shop to your heart's desire. Don't forget St Tropez, with a buzz and charm all of its own !

Private and spacious this villa was a fantastic base for our tour of the french riviera. We loved the beautiful views from the balcony where we enjoyed drinking wine of an evening. Ideal location to see the sights but private enough to feel secluded when we wanted to spend time alone. Would highly recommend spending a holiday here we nicknamed it "our little piece of paradise".

Booking with the owner of the property was a pleasure, she was very helpful, and prior to our visit she provided us with useful information about the villa, surrounding area, places of interest and she also recommended some great restaurants. This superior accommodation was spacious, extremely well maintained and all the fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard.The extensive sea views and sunsets that we saw from the villas balcony were absolutely breathtaking.We felt we were in our own private oasis. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit at some point in the future.
