This charming second floor holiday apartment is situated above the main square in Port Grimaud SUD. It has sleeping accommodation for 6 people, comprised of 2 bedrooms - one with double bed, the other with a double bed-settee plus an additional double bed-settee in the living area. Each bedroom has large full-sized fitted wardrobes. It has a single bathroom with bath-shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin. There is an open-plan lounge/dining area with seating for 6 and a well equipped kitchen. The lounge has glass sliding doors leading onto the balcony, on which there is a table and 6 chairs, providing the possibility of eating outdoors or inside. The balcony, which has an electrically operated sun awning for shade when required, enjoys uninterrupted sun in the afternoon and evening. The apartment can be accessed by lift or stairs and there is a secure covered car port included within walking distance.

Port Grimaud is a delightful and fascinating place - a modern miniature Venice, situated in the Gulf of St Tropez. The development features 12 islands connected by bridges and walkways with exotic yachts lining more than 7 km of canals. Port Grimaud Sud has a Provencal style square, with several restaurants, a bakery and newsagents, while nearby Port Grimaud Nord has additional shops and restaurants with a comprehensive market twice weekly. Other facilities nearby include a large shopping centre, and an English-style pub/restaurant. St Tropez is only a short distance away and a passenger ferry runs from Port Grimaud Nord into the town on a regular basis. The nearest private sandy beach is within walking distance and the famous Bay of Pampelonne is nearby. There are also ancient hill-top villages in the vicinity - such as Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud, with pottery shops, wine tasting, restaurants and stunning views of the surrounding areas.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 10% reduction in fees will be granted for each consecutive week booked beyond the first week in high season. The reservation will be confirmed when a 20% deposit of the total rental fee is received. The remainder should be paid one month before the date for which the apartment is booked. On arrival, a security deposit of euros 500 is payable to the agent for cover in the event of damage. This will otherwise be refunded in full on departure. Cleaning costs are not included in the rental fees. Payment can be made in Euros directly to our bank account in Port Grimaud or in pounds Sterling to our UK bank.

Delightful Appartment, Great Holiday

We (2 adults 2 young children) stayed in this appartment for 2 weeks in September 2008. It was very clean and had all the facilities listed plus some. It was located in the more peaceful "sud" part of Port Grimaud which was not as noisy as the main square & had private, secure parking close by. It enjoys water views from the balcony and overlooks a quaint little square on the other side. We ate out in the local restaurants quite a few nights and got delicious bread and croissants from the delicatessen just across the square. The beach was a 5-10 minute walk away and you really could do without a car most of the time (except perhaps for doing a large shop). There was a lift for pushchairs/shopping etc

The children were enchanted with the little train which runs up to the beautiful village of Grimaud. And just across from the appartment you could catch a FREE water taxi to and from the market square. The trip was spectacular - almost better than going to the market! We made a lot of use of this service and the skippers were always friendly (even though nobody else seemed to tip them) and helped us load and unload the pushchair etc

Finally the owners were also very helpful. Thanks! We hope to be back very soon.
