This 105 m2/ 1106 SQ FT vacation apartment in the fifth arrondissement is the perfect luxury rental. No expense has been spared by the the Italian owners to make this apartment the perfect “home away from home” for you during your vacation in Paris. The apartment has been lovingly renovated and decorated with comfort, luxury and charm in mind. This apartment is on the 2nd and the last floor of a quaint building. Once you enter into the apartment you discover a wide living space with a sitting area with a couch for three people in front a flat TV set and a dining room. The dining room is characterized by a glass top dining table for six and a fully equipped kitchen. The open mezzanine that contains a bedroom can be accessed trough a staircase that is located in the dining area. The sleeping area itself offers 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in closets with sliding doors, and situated either sides of the bathroom.

The apartment is in Rue de la Bucherie. Bordering the Seine River and just beside Notre Dame Cathedral this exceptional location in the heart of the Quartier Latin is obviously one of the most renowned areas of Paris abounding of historical points of interest. Towards the end of the Middle Ages lack of space forced the schools of Latin and theology on the Ile de la Cité on to the left bank of the Seine, where there then grew up the Quartier Latin (so called because Latin was the language of scholars and students). Famous institutes of learning are found in this area: in addition to the Sorbonne, there are most of the grandes écoles. The student quarter of Paris is now also a great tourist attraction, with numerous cinemas, discotheques and restaurants (largely offering Arab, Greek and Asian cuisine). Spacious and a good location

This apartment had a number of strengths. It was quite spacious and the location was excellent. It was very easy to link up with the owner in order to get the key. The negatives were the washer and dryer and the street noise. The washer alone took an hour and a half to wash a very small load of clothes. Also, there is a lot of street noise every night. Although the other tenants are quiet the street noise is very loud. The apartment was clean.
