Self catering rental home in a quiet and private gated community. The house is very well equipped and sits within landscaped gardens. The pool and sunbathing facilities are superb and enjoy panoramic views of the coast from Benalmadena to Fuengirola which offer excellent beaches and amenities. The house has two bedrooms and sleeps 5/6 people with additional cot facilities. There is an extensive terraced balcony and sun awning for outdoor dining, private sunbathing and entertaining. The large private pool with grassed and shaded areas is tended by a qualified lifeguard during the summer months and is ideal for families. Situated in Benalmadena Pueblo 'the old village' which is both historic and charming with a lovely square, shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Public transport is a short stroll from the house with Mijas, the beaches at Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Marbella and excellent golf courses all on your doorstep. Easy parking. Only 20 mins from Malaga airport.

Excellent motorway and public transport services makes travelling throughout the Costa Del Sol region easy. The house is only 20 minutes from Malaga airport with taxi journeys in the region of 35 euros. Numerous hire car companies work from the airport, please contact the owner for recommendations. There is a train station at Malaga airport running a regular service along the coast. From Arroyo station the house is only a 5km taxi journey. For smaller parties an airport collection service can be arranged with a British resident living on the complex. A bus stop with regular services to surrounding towns including Mijas, Benalmadena Pueblo, Arroyo, Benalmadena, Fuengirola etc is situated a few hundred yards away. from the complex.
