This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is superbly located for those not wanting car rental during their stay in Cyprus. Located just off the main strip of Protaras with 100 metre stroll to the famous Fig Tree Bay beach and Just a short one minute walk to all amenities that the busy resort of Protaras has to offer. This villa has a large patio area with private pool surrounded by a tiled sun bathing terrace with plenty of space for the 6 sun loungers and parasol provided. This area is fenced to create some privacy. The patio area has outside dining furniture to seat 6 guests, so you can enjoy al fresco dining on the warm summer evenings from the traditional bbq provided. The interior is to a modern design throughout and open plan ground floor incorporating of kitchen/dining and lounge areas which are all beautifully furnished and decorated. THIS VILLA IS PERFECT FOR WEDDING PARTIES AS WE HAVE TWO MORE IDENTICAL VILLAS NEXT DOOR.
