Excellent location, only mins to Ibiza Town, beaches, the bars, restaurants and clubs. Super Villa with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, each beautifully decorated, terraces, amazing living spaces, stone swimming pool, private driveway and parking, sea views on roof terrace. This beautiful modern Villa has been newly renovated to the very highest of standards, no expense has been spared from wooden floors to beautiful bathrooms. The kitchen is modern, light and has all the gadgets, built in coffee machines, and state of the art lighting. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and pleasant - A/C throughout. The pool is encased in stone and very pretty. The location is excellent and it is only a few minutes to Ibiza Town. It is close to all the major nightlife (5minutes to all the superclubs), as well as only minutes to the islands most famous bars, beaches and restaurants, such as KM5, Blue Marlin.

Truly Unbeatable!!!!: Set within a 2000m2 garden, this is a private and pretty Villa. It has a large electric gate opening up to the private driveway and plenty of parking in front of the house. The private pool is large and set in stone. It is large with a big table and chairs, work surfaces, sinks, the BBQ and much more.Only 10minutes to the islands prestigious golf course!! Tennis courts 1minute from the house!!!! You can see the sea from the roof terrace! It is only 5 minutes away. Most notably you are closest to the wonderful beaches of Sa Caleta, and Cala Jondal (where you find the famous BLUE MARLIN bar). Also it is around 10minutes to the equally famous beaches of Salinas and Es Cavallet. 5mins to world famous bar and restaurant KM5. The location truly is excellent.

Ibiza Town: Everywhere is so close! Ibiza Town is only 5 minutes away! About 7mins to the airport! Car not essential, but always recommended wherever you are on the island. Taxis are easy to get at this house and relatively inexpensive given its great location. All super clubs within 10minutes from the house.

Great Villa in a very good location, very central. The house is lovely and modern, with nice furniture in good taste. The pool is great and we really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks so much to Monica for all her help! We recommend this Villa to anyone.

let down by the hot water system
gorgeous baths but could not use them
and some finishing touches

particualry no dvd
Owner's Response: The Villa is not advertised with DVD, but there is one in the lounge. There is and has always been plenty of hot water.
