You will fall in love with the area because of its outstanding natural beauty, with mountainous landscapes, lush vegetation, beautiful beaches. a warm climate and a reasonable cost of living. Add to this the Greek way of life with its emphasis on outdoor living and its real sense of community belonging. For these reasons the Mani is a fantastic place to take a holiday. From the villas and apartment you can sit in the spa pool or around the swimming pools with a drink enjoying the views. Every room has access to a terrace.

This lovely detached holiday home has it’s own private swimming pool with spa. (The pool is closed between 30 October and 30 April). The 80 square metre villa offers two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, with coffee machine, toaster and kettle, a living room with fireplace, satellite television with 600 channels and a CD player. It has air conditioning and there is also a washing machine. There views overlook the pool and look up to the mountains. There is a parking space for your car. Stoupa is great place to spend a holiday. You can relax on the beaches or you can visit the many historical sights that surround the area. You can combine lazing around with walking tours. The choice would be completely yours. With such a lot to choose from, what more could you possible want from a holiday.Pets and smokers are welcome.

The apartments are just outside Stoupa, a beautiful seaside village with 3 sandy beaches suitable for children, 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, many tavernas and restaurants, and an ATM machine. Nearby are the villages of Kardamyli and Agios Nikolaos. The Mani is a part of the Peleponnese that is known for its towers and churches. The area is well known for walking and hikes have been mapped out that take you through some stunning natural surroundings which give you wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. You can visit the spectacular caves of Pirgos Dirou which are approximately 1 hour away. The busy town of Kalamata is also 1 hour away. As soon as you go into the mountains you will find villages that have been virtually untouched by modern times. If you like to see more of Greece's history you can visit Olympia, Monemvassia, Mistras, Sparta and many other places.
