This duplex loft style apartment occupies the 5th and 6th floors with lift. The living and kitchen area are open plan with huge leather corner sofa and full hi-fi entertainment system, including surround sound, a 50 inch Panasonic plasma panel, SKY TV, TV (all BBC and ITV channels) French cable TV, Broadband, Wi-Fi, and a Sony PS3 with ‘sixaxis ‘controller, a Yamaha 7.1 channel receiver amp, AV ipod dock, Wi-Fi digital radio, small CD and DVD library. There is a large dining table with seating for 6 and a 7 metre long balcony with solar lighting and a table and chairs for 4 plus a small lovers' chaise. The kitchen includes a 4 ring induction hob with extractor hood, a built-in oven, Panasonic combined microwave grill and oven, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer. There is a full complement of kitchenalia including a blender, mixer and Expresso machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, one with balcony, one with ensuite. There is a main bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and separate WC.

With a tram every 3 minutes, the city is at your fingertips. A minute walk will take you to the Liberation tram stop. The beach is a brisk 15 minute walk or a 3 minute tram ride. On your doorstep there is an Italian deli, supermarket and great bakery as well as the excellent farmers' markets. Up and coming restaurants are nearby.
