Villa Lavender is a newly renovated house consisting of 4 separate apartments. The property is perfectly located on a hill with fabulous views over the harbour of this quiet Dalmatian village of Splitska. The villa is 150m to the center of the village and the harbour with its seaside restaurants and cafes and close to the most popular beaches in the area. This middle level apartment has a double and a twin bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner and living area with sofa bed. A large terrace makes for great outdoor eating but also for sunbathing and children’s play area.

The whole house is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens but each apartment has its own private terrace or balcony for outdoors eating. Splitska is located 8km east from main town of the island, Supetar, it is easy accessible by car and daily connected by bus. In summer time there's also a possibility of transport by a small ship which sails from Split directly to Splitska.

No matter if you are arriving by car or by aeroplane, you need to reach the city of Split on the Adriatic coast. When you arrive in Split, head to Split ferry port from where there are frequent car ferries to Brac island, town of Supetar. The ferry company's name is JADROLINIJA and their offices for ferry ticket purchase are at the terminal. The ferry ticket price in one direction is approx. 30 € for a car and the driver, any extra person ticket is approx. 5€. When in Supetar, you will be greeted in the Brac island office of Dalmatian Property Management. After making the reservation of a property for your holiday, you will receive a direction sheet with photos on how to find the office.

Dalmatian Property Management office in Supetar will supply photo directions on how to get to the property, the keys of the property and all information’s about region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. In a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help and at your service throughout your stay in one of the properties we manage.
