Located only a short walk from all local amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and the beach, our lovely one bedroom self-catering apartment is an ideal holiday retreat. The apartment is spacious and bright with a lounge, fitted kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. Panoramic ocean views can be enjoyed from the balcony and steps lead down to a small terrace and garden area. The historical town of Lagos is just a five minute drive away as well as many stunning beaches ideal for all water sport activities.You can get here by taxi or hire car in approximately 1 hour from Faro Airport, to which most of the budget airlines now fly. Detailed directions of course can be provided. This is our little piece of the Algarve and we love this apartment and we are sure you will feel the same. The lively Portuguese town of Lagos is a 5 minute drive away offering a wide variety of amenities. This is many people favourite destination in the Algarve, it is lively yet laid back and there is something for everyone. 30 minutes east you have the lovely village of Silves with the castle and traditional Portuguese streets to wonder round on a lazy sunny Sunday afternoon. Then west you have the breathtaking coast line of the Western Algarve, a surfers paradise. Two big shopping centres are also close by.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rates quoted are based on an occupancy of 2, additional guests are charged at £20 per person per week (£10 per week for children aged 12 or under at date of arrival). A 20% deposit (non refundable) is due on booking and the balance plus £100 refundable damages deposit (on a separate cheque) is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. In the case of short notice bookings the full amount is payable on booking plus the £100 refundable damages deposit.
  • All winter rates are negotiable. Long term rental considered.
  • We can accept payment in Pounds sterling either by cheque or bank transfer, alternatively, I am also able to accept payments in Euros direct into my Portuguese bank account - please ask for details

Notes: The property is an apartment situated within the Ocean Club resort in Praia da Luz. There is a sofa bed in the lounge, 2 single beds in the bedroom with room for a children's cot or camp bed. Resort facilities are NOT included. There are swimming pools close by where you can pay to use, at very reasonable prices, but with the beach only 2 mins away the sea is free.
