Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment A few steps from the beach, overlooks quiet courtyard, fully fitted kitchen

Studio Barracuda is on the 2nd floor with lift. The building is accessed from a quiet courtyard. The living area benefits from plenty of natural light which streams in from large French windows. The windows lead out onto the quiet terrace with table + two chairs for al fresco dining. Inside, there is a two seater sofa and with two matching bucket chairs, a wooden console with flat screen TV, a DVD player, telephone and a radio with iPod player. There is also a small desk for surfing the net or writing postcards. The bedroom area is found in an alcove at the back of the apartment. There is a king size bed with reading lights above and a small built-in wardrobe. The white kitchen with wooden worktops hosts a fridge, a four-ring electric hob, an extractor fan, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. By the window is a round table + two bar stools for casual dining. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, a vanity unit + washing machine inside. A separate WC can be found next door.

The location is ideal for a holiday apartment. Rue Meyerbeer is a street running off the Promenade des Anglais. It is in between the Negresco and the Palais de Mediterrean. The airport bus stops very close by. From this apartment, it is less than a minute walk to the beach and Promenade. There are shops and restaurants all around. It is just a few minutes walk to the pedestrian zone and less than ten minutes to the Old Town. It is a ten minute walk to the bus station and a fifteen minute walk to the train station.
