The apartment's balcony looks out over 2 swimming pools positioned within a beautiful gated garden setting. The apartment itself is finished and furnished to the highest standard and provides a perfect base to explore the bars, shops, restaurants around the Marina, visiting shows at the Casino in Vilamoura itself, or to access the rest of the historic and charming Algarve. Located just 25 minutes from Faro Airport accessible via a new motorway between Faro and Lagos, Vilamoura is centrally located affording easy access to the whole region. Activities available nearby include golf, surfing, fishing, scuba diving, sailing, para-sailing plus tennis, shooting, bowling, and go-carting amongst many others. There are major shopping complexes at Faro, Albufeira and Portimao and numerous designer shops around the Marina in Vilamoura itself, plus numerous local traditional markets selling fresh fish, vegetables and leather goods. For the kids the waterparks at Zoomarine and AquaPark should not be missed, and the soft white sands of Falesia Beach have won major awards for cleanliness over many years. This is a paradise for golfers, Vilamoura has 5 excellent courses and the apartment is only 300m from the new Victoria championship course. Both the beach and Marina are within 15 min's by foot, so a car is not essential, unless you want to explore further afield.

Notes: The apartment is finished to a very high specification, with everything provided to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The pool area is gated and the apartment has a dedicated safe and security phone/monitor to ensure your enjoyment and peace of mind during your stay. Bedlinen and towels are provided within the cost and are changed weekly as required. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and for children a high chair and travel cot are available. The balcony overlooking the pool has a table and 4 chairs for meals etc in addition to the formal dining area.

Vilamoura is central to the whole region with 15 courses within 30 mins drive. Vilamoura itself has 5 courses with challenges to suit all levels. The majestic Old Course, Pinhal, Millennium and Laguna plus the newly built Victoria Championship course where the Portugese Masters is held are all within 5 minutes of Praia Village plus other established favourites such as the Royal and Ocean Courses at Vale de Lobo, Vila Sol and Quinta do Lago North and South are all close by. With the weather in Portugal, courses are in magnificent condition all year round and there are numerous agencies nearby to handle tee reservations. This area is purely and simply a paradise for all year round golfing. Hint: - Don't miss the little known but challenging course at Salgados - 16 holes with water, so bring plenty of amunition
