Photos and Description of this Crozon holiday cottage Self catering property in waterside historic village of Landervennec.

Our cottage is on the beautiful Crozon Peninsula in the historic peaceful harbourside village of Landevennec. Beautiful views from the large patio doors of the lounge onto a wide decking which looks onto the garden, the forest and sea which is the protected waters of the Rade of Brest. The spectacular peninsular is mainly National Park with pretty and historic villages. Just a few minutes from the house are the most spectacular uncrowded sandy beaches. It is a great area for sailing, surfing, diving etc. and numerous interesting places to visit. Nearby resorts such as Morgat and Camaret have a wealth of activities, shops and restaurants. The port of Roscoff is just 1 hour's drive away and St. Malo 2 hours 30 minutes. Brest and Quimper are 1 hour away. There are flights into Brest from the UK. As you will see from the photographs the house is furnished in a contemporary style.

Additional information about rental rates

  • It is possible to pay in Euros and the amount will depend on the exchange rate at the time of booking. Please ask the owner for the rates.

    A booking form will be sent on application for a rental which the tenant is asked to return together with a deposit of 25% of the full rental price. The remaining sum to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday period.

    A security deposit of £300 or Euro300 is required when the full amount of the rental is paid to offset any damage or breakages that may have occurred. This security deposit will be returned on satisfactory inspection of the property immediately after the end of the holiday. Please notify the owner of any damage or breakage as soon as possible.

Geoff & myself spent a lovely week in this pretty cottage, the cottage was beautifully fitted out just like a home from home, the views were everything the description said about them, we fell in love with the cottage and the area and will be making a return visit as soon as we can.

We spend two weeks at this beautiful cottage and really enjoyed it. The view is amazing and the cottage has everything you need.
