  • Booking Information
    - A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the reservation. The remaining payment is required six weeks prior to your date of arrival. Payment by cheque, Bank Transfers or Paypal are acceptable. If the booking is last minute full payment is required. A further refundable bond of £250 is requested on payment of the balance, to cover serious damage or lost keys. Following an inspection, this will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure, less any costs for serious damages.
