Naples is all about the beach and we offer the best value within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Don't get stuck miles from the beach, stay in our spacious 4 bedroom villa. We have everything you need for a great family vacation. Save money by dining in, the kitchen is well equipped and clean and America's best grocery store, Whole Foods, is within blocks. Or walk or bike to any of dozens of restaurants ranging from inexpensive but inventive eateries to haute cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton overlooking the beach. The floor plan features a master bedroom off it's own hall, with a king bed and ensuite bath. Off their own separate hall are a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third with two twin beds, and a second full bath with tub and shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished as a TV room but also has a full hide-a-bed. The huge screened lanai looks south on a garden of tropical foliage. Additional information about rental rates

  • PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR SPECIAL JANUARY DISCOUNT!! We welcome monthly renters with special discounts. Summer is $2100, Spring and Fall are $2500, and Winter is $4200 per month. We welcome payments by CREDIT CARDS via Pay Pal, International money orders or wires.
  • Rent is subject to 6% Florida tax and 4% local tax. A one-time $90 cleaning fee applies. The house is professionally cleaned before your stay and if you would like, we can put you in touch with someone who can clean for you during your stay. A REFUNDABLE $500 security deposit is returned to you within two weeks of your departure.
  • Your booking fee is equal to one half of the rent. The balance of your charges are due 45 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation is permitted prior to this time with refund of 75% of your booking fee.

My husband and I have stayed in several of Peter and Cate's vacation rentals and will continue to do so whenever we get the chance to visit because they are all so nicely equiped. You can see that they care very much about offering a comfortable and relaxing vacation in the little details. Most vacation rentals have basic cooking equipment, but these houses are as well turned out as my own kitchen. We were easily able to cook and entertain for a crowd. And the other little amenities, such as good towels, beach equipment is new condition, pretty decorations, and truely comfortable and abundant bedding makes this our favorite and most comfortable spot to vacation. If you're looking for a vacation rental lovingly equiped and maintained, in a great location, at a reasonable price.... this is the best!
