Langlade is an old farm/distillery situated in a peaceful hamlet between the village of Cravans and the town of Gemozac. It has been sympathetically renovated and converted to offer four fully equipped individual houses. The properties were completed in 2008. The beautiful, safe, sandy beaches of Royan and St.Georges de Didonne are a brief 15 minute drive away. Les Lauriers, Langlade is a spacious five bedroom two bathroom house with its own private terrace perfect for a large family or group. There are various other attractions to suit all age groups. Langlade is set in its own grounds of approximately two acres and includes a 16 x 10 metre swimming pool in its own enclosure [conforming to the new French regulations], a 10 x 9 metre separate Games Room with covered terrace and a dedicated Petanque court. There are various other attractions to suit all age groups.

Large living room with stone fireplace. Utility room with washing machine. Double bedroom with large ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. First Floor Double bedroom with exposed beams. Twin bedroom with exposed beams. Further twin bedroom. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Separate WC with wash basin.
