Traditional Provencale detached villa in the hills above Nice. Close to the villages St. Roman de Bellet and Colomars. 3 twin bedrooms (one en suite). Modern kitchen, dining room, lounge, shower-room. Swimming pool, extensive gardens, table tennis, snooker table. 20 minutes from Nice Airport, 15 mins drive to the beach, 20 mins to centre of Nice. 5 mins from village supermarket, restaurants, newsagent, butcher, baker, chemist, doctor, hairdresser, tennis courts; 10 mins to Carrefour hypermarket. Half hourly bus service to Nice. 45 minutes from Cannes, Monte Carlo, 75 mins to ski resorts of Isola 2000, Valberg, Auron and Limone.

Local caretaker: We have a local person who is your point of contact should you have any questions during your stay. Cleaning and maintenance of the villa and pool is arranged by them.

I would recommend this villa to anybody. The views from throughout the property are stunning. The pool is a good size for a family. Six adults stayed and there was plenty of room. All mod-cons. Easy access into Nice and the rest of the Cote D'Azur. Local ammenities were good and welcoming. Relaxing and quiet though close enough to enjoy the Nice nightlife. We will certainly be going again!!
