A beautiful 7 bed/4.5 bath luxury villa with stunning views over the tranquil 14 acre lake, a haven for wildlife & just 10 mins from Disney. The villa is sumptuously furnished to the highest possible standard. Cable TV in every bedroom. The open plan accommodation includes 2 lounge areas, dining area, luxury fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, waste disposer etc. Breakfast nook overlooks the pool. Upgraded cable TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo. 1st Master bedroom with king sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom featuring his & her basins, roman bath and separate shower. Second master bedroom with 5ft queen bed, ensuite bath with shower. Two further double bedrooms each with 5ft beds. Three twin bedrooms, one themed Mickey Mouse, & another Scooby Doo. Just 10 minutes from Disney attractions and water parks” The Resort boasts a clubhouse with meeting room, exercise equipment, computer room, community pool, spa, scenic lake stocked with 4,000 fish, lookout pier, walking/biking paths, beach and children's play ground. We have a 24-hour Super Wal-Mart within 2 minutes with pharmacy, banking and more. There are many restaurants close by and shopping at some of many Factory Outlets, Old Town, Celebration, and fabulous Malls. Golf courses within a five minute drive including, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Falcon’s Fire. Royal St. Cloud & the Disney course are nearby. The villa is located in Kissimmee off 192 Hwy. & Oren Brown Rd. close to Poinciana Blvd. Close to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Universal as well as all the Disney World theme parks.

Washer and dryer, full stock of kitchen appliances, wall safe, barbecue, ironing board, In addition to full air conditioning there are 7 ceiling fans Bed & bath linens, pool towels & beach chairs. For children a cot, and travel cot, high chair, 2 strollers, & security alarm to the pool doors. The villa has been professionally decorated with themed rooms. This is not just another standard rental property!
