Outstanding, luxury Spanish Villa with three bedrooms in the main house and an additional double bedroom on top terrace. Ideally suiting two families or large group. Extensive grounds with multiple terraces, sunny and shaded areas, and a large pool creating a stunning environment and tranquil location. The main area of the villa is air conditioned for summer months and centrally heated for winter vacations. The villa backs on to the national trust Montgo mountain which is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Built with a Spanish/Moroccan theme, the villa has a light and airy feel. Two naya areas provide multiple spaces internally. There is an outside kitchen area for al fresco dining. The outside carport accommodates two vehicles and extra street parking. Casa Bass is set in a quiet prestigious residential area with spectacular 360 panoramic views, and short drive to Denia town and several fantastic beaches. Approximately 50min from Valencia or Alicante airport.

Denia is a beautiful typically Spanish coastal town situated between Valencia and Alicante, and is made picturesque by its setting at the base of Montgo mountain, with its own 'Ramblas' style main street, castle and quaint old town opposite the harbour. In contrast to much of Spain, the area has a lush feel to it due to the orange groves that surround the town. Frequently quoted as having the most ideal climate in Europe, with pleasant cool sea-breezes during Summer afternoons, it has a thriving fishing port, offers boat trips along the coast and daily ferries to Ibiza/Majorca. Has main living area with breakfast dining facilities; two closed in nayas one used for separate dining room and the second overlooks the pool and is used as a separate lounge area. Several very large outside terraces which are both social and private areas if families are sharing. Separate outside kitchen/BBQ facilities for evening meals. Excellent pool with dining or lounging area. Electric gate leading to internal garage with room for two vehicles - extra parking on the roadside if required. Very quite area in the evening with excellent walks across national trust, which backs on to the villa.

Wir haben noch nie so ein schlechtes Ferienhaus gehabt! Die Einrichtung stimmte leider nicht mit der Beschreibung überein: kein Trockner, kein Empfang von Fernsehprogrammen möglich, kein Willkommenspaket. Wir fanden einen Pool vor, in dem etliche Fliesen beschädigt waren. Durch die Absplitterungen bestand eine echte Verletzungsgefahr. Im Bereich der Außendusche hatte sich der Außenputz gelöst, so dass auch hier hervorstehende Kanten gefährlich ins Freie ragten. Im Bad hatten wir einen Rückstau im Bereich des WCs, da die Abflußrohre beschädigt waren.Insgesamt war dem Haus das Alter anzumerken.
Für Familien mit kleineren Kindern ist dieses Haus nicht zu empfehlen, insbesondere auch nicht für Personen, die auf Katzen- u. Hundehaare allergisch reagieren. Wir fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht ok.
