It offers fantastic uninterrupted sea views, its own swimming pool and is extremely well equipped to provide for the self-catering holiday. Although a car is necessary to get to the beach all tavernas and shops are within easy walking distance.

Local Details: Villa Elaionas is a brand new 3 bedroom luxury property situated in the old village of Pissouri offering stunning panoramic coastal views. It is within walking distance of local tavernas, shops and banks. The beach is a 5 minute dive away therefore a car is essential. There are many local sporting/water sports facilities available and a golf course is only a 15 minute drive away. Paphos airport is no more than a 30 minute drive along a picturesque coastal route, taking in Aphrodite's Rock. Larnaca Airport although further away offers greater flexibility with daily scheduled flights to and from the UK.

Villa Description: Villa Elaionas has 3 bedrooms, 1 master with ensuite shower room, 2 further bedrooms share a main bathroom and shower. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading on to a balcony. Downstairs offers an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and appliances. There is a dining are and seating for six people. In the living room area there is a seating, again for 5/6 people a flat screen TV and DVD player.The patio area is ideal for BB Q's and outside eating with stunning views out to sea. The pool is 9Mtrs x 4.5Mtrs and cleaned regularly, there are 6 poolside sunbeds with mattresses and towels.
