Villa Arcadia is named after the Greek 'Arkadia' meaning a mythical place of peace and beauty and you will find Arcadia, with its stunning panoramic views across the Mediterranean Sea really lives up to its name! With is shaded ‘Souk’ style roof terrace and heated private pool, it is a wonderful place to relax for couples, families, groups of friends, and golfers alike.

Arcadia is complete with stylish Italian furniture and stunning original artwork to make you really feel you are away from it all. The lounge opens in double-aspect to the large terrace shaded by a wooden pergola and onto the private pool area where there is outside dining area with parasol and sun loungers. The swimming pool has shallow and deep ends for all to enjoy.

  • All bathrooms are fully tiled with mirrors and lighting. There is continuous hot water provided by solar heating with an immersion heater. Water pressure is kept even by a water pump which is clearly marked on the landing. Guests are provided with bath and hand towels for their stay. We provide beach towels for guests to use at the pool side.

All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the Master bedroom having a bath, shower and WC and the other two bedrooms benefiting from shower and WC. They are all very tastefully furnished and we supply high quality bed linen and towels. There is air conditioning throughout the villa and each bedroom has individual air-con units. Each room has wooden blinds either at the window or balcony door and the Master bedroom has access to its own private balcony which is ideal for a lazy breakfast or chilled glass of wine to watch the sunset. Also located in the Master bedroom is a hair dryer for your convenience and a safe for valuables and important travel documents.

Children's cot & high chair can be hired on request. With over 340 days of sunshine per year, Cyprus is being discovered as an excellent golfing destination, Secret Valley Golf course plays to a par72 and measures 6120 metres. The Aphrodite Hills championship golf course is in a fantastic setting between 2 ravines and plays to a par71 and measures 6665 metres. It is only a 5 minute drive further up the coast.

A 15 % discount on green fees at Aphrodite Hills is available through our local representative.

Great place under the sun

We stayed at villa Arcadia for 4 weeks. We had a wonderful time. The pool was great and the house too.
I would definitely recommend this house for those who seek rest and relaxation!

First Class Villa & First Class Service

A big thanyou to the agents for all their help in organising our holiday & for their quick return of our securty deposit. A big thank you also to the staff on site who provided help & guidance when needed.
The villa is spacious, beautifully furnished with the kitchen full of modern appliances. However limited use was made of the kitchen as we made the most of the restaurant recommendations.
The villa is ideally situated only a 15 minute drive from the airport and the directions to the villa make it easy to find.
The villages of Kouklia & Mandria are 5 & 10 minutes repectively drive away from the villa & have a number of restaurants serving traditional Cypriot food. Mandria also has an excellent Fish & Chip Restaurant as good as any you can get in Whitby, North Yorks. Both villages have a small supermarket.
Pissouri is only a 15 minute drive away with a wider choice of restaurants & tavernas as well as a large supermarket, stoney beach, & selection of watersports. The road to Pissouri runs along the coastline and passes Aphrodite's Rock.
The weather was great and we spent plenty of time in the pool. We did not regret our decision to not have the pool heated.
We would not hesitate in recommending the villa to others.
We would look to return to this 1st class villa for relaxing, using it as a base to explore further afield, & trying more of the restaurants knowing that a 1st class service is on hand if help & guidance is needed.

Well Recommended

The villa is beautiful ! It is furnished to a high standard with everything in it you need. Its in a great, quiet location (car recommended), near enough to Paphos but far enough away for peace, quiet and relaxation.
The communication we have had with the owner has been excellent, and we wouldnt hesitate in returning in the future.
If you have the opportunity to go, DO IT !!

Fantastic holiday villa!

I would definitely recommend this villa; it's beautifully furnished and has a lovely garden and pool. Secret Valley is a nice area just outside Paphos which is very quiet (great for a peaceful night's sleep), but is close enough to Paphos town and several villages not to feel isolated. Great restaurants are only a few minutes drive away.

Jan was very helpful before and during our stay and gave us some great advice on things to visit in the area. The taxi and car hire companies she recommended were excellent. It was nice to see the pool guy a couple of times during our stay, he checked everything was ok with the villa each time and also recommended a couple of places to eat and visit.

We will not hesitate in booking with Jan again next year.

Villa Arcadia.... Well worth a visit!!!!

Just wanted to write and let you know that we had a fantastic time at Villa Arcadia.
The weather was perfect for all our needs and the high standard of the villa and equipment far exceeded our expectations. It made our holiday very special.
The pool was certainly a hot favourite with all of us and we spent many evenings enjoying the cooler evening time by the pool with a glass of wine (wonderful sunsets by the way)
Being central to many of the sites, the Villa provided us with an excellent base. In particular its close proximity to Aphrodites Rock was a firm favourite both for its views and swimming.
Thankyou for making our first trip to Cyprus one to remember...we certainly want to return sometime in the future.
