This beach house for 6 guests has two floors plus a converted sous-sol. The row of houses on Rue des Ponchettes are highly desirable and well known in Nice for their historical significance and charm. There are two large sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs. The living area looks onto the private terrace accessible through a glass door. There is a 42-inch plasma TV hooked up to SKY television - plenty of English channels to entertain the guests and a Nintendo Wii. The open-plan kitchen has been recently renovated to a very high standard. Olive gloss kitchen doors are matched with real wood work surfaces for a luxury finish. There are high end appliances, a five-ring gas hob, a large American style fridge/freezer, a built in microwave and oven. Large main bathroom downstairs with separate shower, bathtub, and large wash basin unit, upstairs bathroom has large shower and separate WC off hallway. 3 bedrooms: large master double with balcony, large 2nd with double and 3rd with 2 singles.

Both the beach and the famous Cours Saleya Flower and Farmers' Market are less than a minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants and shops on your doorstep. The Port is less than a five minute walk away and the shopping district of Jean Médecin can be reached within a fifteen minute stroll. The bus station can be reached within ten minutes through the Old Town. This beach house has two floors plus a converted sous-sol. The row of houses on Rue des Ponchettes are highly desirable and well known in Nice for their historical significance and charm. The row was built in the late 18th century.
