Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment Modern and comfortable, this 2-bedroom apartment has a perfect central location

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a well maintained typical French listed building. (No lift) The open plan living area is furnished with two very large comfortable brown leather sofas, an LCD screen and DVD player with a selection of DVDs, wall radiators, fans for summer, two large lamps for soft lighting in the evenings, a glass topped table with chairs for four people, and shelving with a hi-fi unit. Real wood varnished flooring, which is laid throughout the apartment, completes the modern and clean sleek look. The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. A Brita water filter is available for your use so you can remove any impurities from the tap water. Plenty of tableware and cooking utensils are provided. There are two bedrooms, approximately the same size and both furnished in a similar fashion with double beds. The spacious bathroom hosts the bath with shower, towel radiator and large glass wash basin.

The location could not be better. On the ground floor, you'll find the local boulangerie with its freshly baked breads and pastries just right for breakfast. You're only 100 metres from the main shopping area with designer shops such as Chanel, Max Mara, and Louis Vuitton. Some very popular restaurants and bars are very close to this apartment. 5-minute stroll to the Old Town and you'll find yourself wondering through the pedestrianised narrow streets soaking up the atmosphere of this historical area. Sit and watch the world go by on the Cours Saleya with its fabulous cafes and restaurants or stroll through the daily flower market. Soak up the sun on the beach or wander along the Promenade des Anglais. The local transport network is second to none. With the train station 15 minutes away and the bus station less than 5 minutes away, the whole of the French Riviera is easily accessible.
