Situated in Via Garibaldi on the 1st floor in Castello quarter. Just 10 minutes from the centre: San Mark''s square, 2 minutes from the waterbus stop 'giardini\ Biennale and 10 minute by waterbus to the Lido film festival. It has supermarkets and restaurants right outside the door. A Very comfortable for 2/3 people. The apartment has one big room where you can find 3 comfortable beds, a little kitchen with everything in it and a bathroom with a comfortable bath tube. All this is situated in a very comfortable area in Castello district just 10 minutes walking from S. Mark' square. It is on the first floor so you don't have problems of humidity or high tide and it's very quiet no noise at all, central heating and air conditioning and all the comforts of a modern house.

You can find any shop along this street supermarkets, bakery, butcher, greengrocer, fshmonger , pharmacy, post office, banks ect, If you want to relax and have a bath on the beach in just 10 minutes by boat you can reach the seaside on the Lido Island ( very famous on september for the film festival).
