Photos and Description of this Cubelles holiday apartment 3 BEDROOM APARTMENT NEAR BARCELONA PERFECT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN

This penthouse is recently build and has a spacious living room of 30m2 with a large balcony and panoramic sea views. It counts 3 separate bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and built in cupboards. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning in every room. It is child friendly with a highchair and a cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs is a private roof terrace of 25m2, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged panoramic view of the Mediterranean see. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool with paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away! This apartment is our second home and is not the tipical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.

What a wonderful apartment this is !!!

Once in a while you get lucky with the accommodation that is provided to spend your holidays, on this occasion we hit the jackpot.

When we arrived after a always tiring trip, Edt Goris was waiting for us at the apartment. He took the time to explain us everything about the apartment, equipment, use of the shared facilities and the nearby places to go.

The apartment is very well furnished, equipped with all the things you can imagine, there is really nothing what you don’t have in your own house, even a private parking spot in the garage beneath the building is provided. The view from the balcony at the front of the living room is beautiful, but if you go up the stairs to the roof terrace it’s really stunning. The apartment as well as the building and the shared facilities outside are very clean and well maintained.

The apartment is located between Cubelles and Cunit, these villages are connected at the coastline through numerous new apartment buildings. There is beautiful (carfree) boulevard in front of the building at which you can stroll, skate or use your bicycle. To the left you have several restaurants and small bars, to right you will find Cunit.

If you want to go on a small trip, no problem, beautiful places like Sitges, Tarragona and Barcelona are nearby. Within minutes you will find yourself on the C-31(motorway) or C-32(toll highway). You could also walk in about 10 min. to the nearby train station which is located in Cunit, there are good connections available to the North and South of the coastline.

I would like to recommend this luxury apartment to everybody who enjoys to have everything at hand, and specially for families with kids, there are 3 bedrooms, so there is space for 6 persons.

Excellent, well furnished & equiped apartment

We had a really great time at this apartment in Cubelles/Cunit. The apartment is excellent - very well furnished and equipped (including children's games/puzzles etc, beach towels, etc ) and was spotlessly clean. Edt met us to show us around and provided some tips on food shops etc. We spent most days by the pool and/or on the beach and ate every evening on the roof terrace - we only used the car to go to the supermarket and one trip to Sitges! The apartment block is very well maintained and the pool, showers, games area clean & tidy. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment for a relaxing beach/pool holiday in the sun!
