The cosy and well equipped apartment is situated on the Lisbon(16km)/Cascais (5km) coast in Parede. It is located on a 2nd floor of an Old Fashioned House. The flat has 3 bedroom , sleeps 6, there are 4 single bed(s) and 1 double bed, sitting room, dinning room, 1 balcony where you can enjoy a meal or a great relaxing afternoon, kitchen equiped with washing machine, microwave, fridge and cooker. All the shops, bank, post, pharmacy, railway station are in waking distance. There are a number of different beaches within 10 minutes.walk. The highway exit is 2 km away, direct access to the main high way of Lisbon-Porto. Perfect location for excursions. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. Regular trains take you to the centre of Lisbon within 20 minutes. Children's park within walking distance of the house. The LOCATION IS PERFECT, a calm residential area, enjoy the advantages of a comfortable house, and a holiday without having to rent a car!

  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Balance of 70% required to be paid 1week prior to arrival.
    Check in after 4:00 pm and check out before 11:00 am. Other arrangements possible if no other guests are coming in/going out the same day. Saturday is the preferred change over day, but this is negotiable depending on availability.
    Extra housekeeping can be arranged. (but is completed every week)
    Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

Great house, great location! Very cosy and well equipped apartment.
The comunication with the owner and her mother was very friendly and w/o problems. Always available!
The apartment is great for families with children.
