Samet View is a family friendly beach house, newly renovated, on a pristine beach looking across to Koh Samet Island in Rayong. Only 190Km from Bangkok with transfers organisation available. Set in a tropical garden it has 3 large bedrooms that will sleep 8-10 people comfortably. All the modern cons such as a European kitchen inc DISHWASHER, air conditioning in every room, quality 300 count linen, duvets, bath and beach towels, washing machine & dryer, comfortable couches, TVs, dvd players, wi-fi internet connection, ipod cable, library of DVDs & books( for both adults and children)toys (beach and inside) and outdoor dining furniture with a BBQ with roasting hood. The house is located on a long stretch of beach called 'Rim Pae'. Mostly the beach is uninhabited but a short walk and you can be at the Novotel where you can indulge yourself in the Aqua spa. Discounts available in low season and longer bookings.

Samet View Beach House is located 220 kilometers (136 miles) from Bangkok in Rayong on the East Coast of Thailand near the Novotel Hotel an easy drive from Bangkok International airport. This superb location is blessed with one of Thailand’s most beautiful and secluded beaches opposite Koh Samet Island. The closest town in the area is Ban Phe (10km away) which is the main hub for ferries to Samet Island. Ban Phe is a small fishing village town which has a good sized Tesco Lotus, a 7/11 and internet cafes. Rim Pae beach is wonderfully child-friendly. With shallow water and limited tidal variations, the kids can play happily and safely in the shallows. For the adults, long stretches of white sand, pristine blue water and total seclusion make Rim Pae beach a divine space to relax and unwind. The area is also home to a number of dive sites with excellent underwater ridges and masses of marine life.

Day trips to the Island of Samet: The island of Samet is still classed as a Thai National Park. The building are small, and huts on the beach double as restaurants for lunch and dinner. The island is accessible from the front of the house via speed boat in 15 minutes. A perfect day trip.

Spa at the Novotel Rayong: A short walk down the beach can bring you to the Novotel where the Aqua spa can pamper you for your every need. After you pampering session you can join in the happy hour from 5 - 7 with half price cocktails watching the sunset.

Horse riding and bird sanctuary: A 30 minute drive can have you at Orchard Park Horse riding and bird sanctuary.

Golf: Plenty of golf courses within 45 minutes drive from the house
