A spacious modern apartment in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Set on 2 levels each with its own private sun terrace. Enter the apartment on the first floor through the large (45sqm) enclosed sun terrace. One end of this area has been enhanced by fitting the open picture window with glass and building a roofed pergola, making it a perfect shaded area for al fresco dining. A bbq is provided. There are 2 comfortable sunloungers and the high walls provide a very private setting for sunbathing and relaxing. From here you enter into the lower level of the apartment which has a large open plan fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Also on this level is the twin bedroom and separate bathroom. Upstairs you find the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. From this bedroom you access the second private terrace(25sqm approx). Here there are 2 more sun loungers and views to the lighthouse and stunning lagoon beaches and North shore.

El Cotillo is located on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. While it has expanded in the last few years, it is still a working fishing village and has maintained its local Canarian character and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. El Cotillo is famous for its stunning white sand beaches and protected clear blue lagoons where it is safe to swim all year round. For the more adventurous the surf beach to the south of the village is more exposed to the Atlantic ocean waters and here you can find many water sport activities such as wind and kite surfing and body boarding. The area surrounding the village of El Cotillo is of great natural beauty and much of it protected. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling, walkig, birdwatching. The village itself has all the amenities you will need...supermarket, banks & ATM, cafes bars and restaurants serving locally caught fresh fish. Correlejo is only 20 mins by car or 40mins by regular local bus service.

Housekeeping: The apartment is cleaned and towels and linen changed weekly. Additional cleaning and laundry service can be arranged.

Driving: Car hire, while useful, is not essential. We can arrange a transfer from the airport and a mini tour of the village on arrival. All areas of the village are easily reached on foot. A regular and reliable bus service from the village travels through several local villages on the way to Correlejo.

Other Activities: Bird watching, rock pooling, quad & jeep safaris.
