Large secluded villa situated in the unspoilt Spanish village of Amerador approximately 2 km. from Campello which is situated between Alicante and Benidorm. For those not wishing to use private transport the villa is a few minutes walk from the village station and the Narrow Gauge Railway running between Alicante and Denia, which gives access to the beautiful and varied coastline of this area and the magnificent San Juan Beach. Situated in its own grounds within easy walking distance of the local beach, restaurants, shops and bars.The villa is comprised of one triple, four double, (three of which are en suite)and one single. Air conditioning to all bedrooms. Large fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Plus Laundry room. Television with satellite in Lounge. Pool table room, table tennis, Large B-B-Q area plus large undercover breakfast area. There are also two Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive. Cleaning and Laundry available at a small charge.

  • A 10% Discount available for bookings of two consecutive weeks or more.
    These prices are based on up to twelve people sharing.
    We also require a £100 returnable deposit. This is against over use of the Air conditioning.
    PLEASE NOTE
    When booking your flights please remember you cannot get into the villa until 4 pm due to cleaning and we need you to vacate the villa by 10am for cleaning. although we do offer a room to store your cases should the need arise.
  • Bathroom towels and Bed sheets are included in the price.
    If you require a change of sheets and towel during your stay an extra charge will be made.
  • If required extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay Approx. £10 per Hour minimum 2 hrs.This must be arranged with the local agent.

Great villa, more than enough space! There were only 5 adults + 2kids so plenty of room. Very useful, travel cots/highchairs provided. Pool table and table tennis kept everyone amused. Found the pool far too cold, especially for a 1yr old child, probably ok in high season.Car is a must have. Although the railway that runs past Benidorm is a 5min walk away. For everything else you really need the car.

2 families,totalling 10 people, including toddlers and teen agers. we loved this holiday!
the villa itself is massive,we got lost in it the first day! it sleeps more like 15,made up of 3 dbls, and 9 singles plus plenty of room for travel cots-2 of which are provided,plus high chairs and a potty! the whole layout of the villa is cleancut,spacious and of a high standard.the facilities are wonderful, ensuite to all 3 double bedrooms,dish washer and full laundry facilities.tv board games, paperback holiday heaven,games room and fantastic patio/veranda/bbq area.
Not only is the pool fully enclosed,but the entire villa is secure due to the electric gates-so you can relax knowing your little ones can't escape...
Its a short 10 min walk to the tram stop which takes you to alicante or benidorm, the best supermarkets were at coveta fuma or campello,just one stop on the tram.
if you're wondering about the title of the review, go to Neptunes bar and order it. the owners are lovely helpful friendly people and this makes for a good night out..unless you're as po faced as victoria beckham that is....
the other good eatery we found was the plaza,the lamb shank is to die for!
last word on the owners of the villa: very kind,understanding,helpful,chilled out,and will do the their best to answer every stupid question,you may come up with.
o and as the air port is only 20 mins away,the 3 cars we needed from the airport should be no more than 100 euro's and use coveta taxi's for the return trip,which costs the same.
book this villa you will not regret it!

A great holiday in Amerador ~ July 2009

We had a very enjoyable holiday this summer in Amerador. The villa was fantastic ~ plenty space for all of us (13 in total) ~ and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and the pool table and table tennis were a huge bonus - especially for the teenagers amongst us. We loved El Campello - even if it took a bit or organising for us all to be ready on time for the hourly tram from Amerador! Antonios supermarket and taxi service in Coveta Fuma were of great use to us as we chose not hire a car. All in all it was a most relaxing holiday and we would seriously consider returning again.

A very nice stay in Spain

This villa in Spain was marvellous! We had a really good time there. The villa itself was really spacious and having many bathrooms and toilets was really luxurious. The villa was spotless on our arrival and really well equipped. Our children especially really enjoyed the pool, the table tennis and the snooker.

Antonio,the taxidriver,took good care of our transportation. His supermarket in Coveta Fuma was a nice walk from the villa. The local train was handy if only one remembered the timetables correctly and took the right train (we had some problems, but nothing serious). El Campello was lovely with its wonderful sandy beaches.

We can highly recommend this villa and we seriously consider going back there next summer!

Just returned from this villa and we all had a fabulous time (infants, teenagers, mum / dad and grandparents).

There were 9 in our party and there was plenty room to accommodate even more people.

Excellent facilities (massive swimming pool, BBQ, pool room, table tennis, books, videos, sky) all of which are very well looked after.

El Campello is a very charming and friendly place, although if you want to go more commercial Benidorm and Alicante are only about a simple 15minutes drive.

Would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone.
