This fantastic new designer Barcelona apartment has 2 bedrooms, has one room with a single bed and one with a double bed and a double sofabed in the living room sleeps 2 more guests. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, sink and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with: table, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffeemaker. You are a 5 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya, Cathedral, Harbour and Borne, and next to La Boqueria market and Ramblas with a number of transports taking you all over Barcelona from this very central location.

Modern nice looking apartment with a great location. All you want is right out the door. Quit bright and clean. Office personal were friendly and helpfull. What was frustrating is the lack of attention to just a few details that would make this apartment excellent. The main room furniture is very uncomforatble, especially the broken couch. You end up sitting on the floor. There are no hangers and no iron. Asked the office for these 2 items and they never arrived. Took us forever to figure out the washing machine/dryer. Few lines of intstruction would of went a long way. Mentioning so these items can be remedied for the next guests.

Spacious at a good location

The apartment is actually not on Portaferrissa, but in a little nook named Bot which makes for more quiet. The apartment is very clean and has a very spacious master bedroom and the small one is plenty for one person. All amenities are there, most importantly the washer/ dryer, especially when frequenting the beach and traveling with children. Very comfortable at 3 adults and one 5 year old; could afford one more person if needed, but that person will have to sleep on the pull out.

If the furniture were a bit more comfortable, I would have rated this excellent due to it's prime location. Just off Ramblas, a block from La Boqueria, a half a block from the best sandwich in the world at Cafe Vienna and two blocks from great coffee and chocolates at Escriba.

The Metro is walking distance in either direction and taxis are plentiful.

When arriving, the people at the office are welcoming and speak perfect english. With the proximity of the office to the apartments, any problems can easily be alleviated.

I recommend this site be on your list of choices when staying at Barcelona.
