A contemporary luxury villa with spacious interior and swimming pool in the village of St. Laurent la Vernede. Villa Bouffadou is beautifully appointed and lies in wholly private grounds of three quarters of an acre, sleeping 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. The villa is well ventilated and well insulated but, if you need it, there is air conditioning to all living rooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Villa Bouffadou has electric gates & offers secure parking for up to 3 cars. Its beautiful gardens are landscaped and contain a wide variety of deciduous and evergreen trees and shrubs including crape myrtle, arbusier, olive, fig, cherry, pear, oleander and pomegranate. Close to the south terrace and pool lies a wonderful glade with terraced dining area under the shade of 50’ pines. Only 10 minutes drive from Uzès, the property is in pretty village of St. Laurent la Vernède. There is easy walking to the village with local vineyard, boulangerie, epicerie, post office and 15th century fort.

The fine sandy beaches of the Mediterranean are only one hour away. River swimming closer to the property includes the spectacular waterfalls at La Roque sur Ceze.
