The apartment is on the 2nd floor. With lift. Relax on the large black leather sofa or large easy chair. There is a flat screen TV with some English channels, along with a Hi-Fi and DVD player. Large French windows leading out to the second terrace where you can dine al fresco. If you prefer to eat indoors, there is a large rectangular table with four high backed black leather chairs. There is a wrought iron king size bed with two bedside tables and reading lamps. A large stand alone wardrobe and dressing table ensures plenty of storage space. All the furniture is an attractive wood which looks great against the parquet flooring. Large french doors lead out onto a terrace with table and 2 chairs. In the kitchen you will find beech units, a built-in dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, four ring hob and extractor fan. The stylish bathroom is well equipped with two wash basins, a large mirror and a shower cubicle with glass doors. A separate WC is found across the hall.

Rue Rossini is a long street at the back of the Musician's quarter, near to the train station. It is a five minute stroll to the train station. It is a ten minute walk to the beach and Promenade. It is best to reach the Old Town by hopping on the tram: you will be there in 5 minutes. If you prefer to stroll, it will be a 20 minute walk.

Rossini was the perfect base to savor Nice and the French Riviera. All conveniences provided. Very clean. Centrally located, easy access to everywhere.

Would come again, definitely.
