The French House is a beautiful neo Breton coastal property close to the village of Penvenan with excellent facilities and a Saturday market. This self catering property has 4 bedrooms, 3 with en suite bathrooms. The beds and furnishing are of a high quality. The house is well equipped with every comfort and convenience. The energetic can walk to the beach.

A beautiful, spacious Neo Breton house set in large tranquil gardens. Sun terrace with BBQ, table and chairs for outdoor dining. Close to the village of Penvenan and the coast. The village has excellent amenities and a great Saturday morning market. The house is furnished to a high standard with good quality sofas, chairs and beds. The ground floor is open plan, decorated in a marine theme, with separate areas to include spacious, well equipped kitchen, living room and dining area. There is a downstairs ensuite bedroom with king size bed and nice garden views. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a TV with English channels and a DVD player. The house has gas central heating. The changeover day may be flexible out of season. Upstairs there are two ensuite bedrooms and a further single bedroom. All bedrooms have garden views.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.5 Kilometres

The property is approximately 1.5 km from the beautiful village of Penvenan. An easy drive to Treguier, Paimpol, Perros Guirec and Lannion the latter which is famous for its all day Thursday market. The spectacular Pink Granite Coast is a few minutes drive. Ile de Brehat is a great day trip. During some Wednesdays in July/August Treguier has a day long market culminating in a musical extravaganza with local bands in the evening - French ambiance not to be missed! The house is located just off the main coastal footpath. Super islands for bird watching. Lovely beaches for riding, canoeing, swimming, sailing and diving. Several marinas close by. Historic towns to explore. Large selection of shops and supermarkets within an easy drive.

The descriptiion was accurate regarding the location and facilities. We found that the property was very clean and tidy. The owner was extremely helpful. I would, without a doubt be recommending this property to a friend or family member. The French House is in a very quiet area and if anyone would like a quiet and peaceful holiday then this is the property for you! The little village of Penvenan has everything anyone could want and I strongly recommend a visit to the market on Saturday mornings as the produce is fantastic.
