A spacious, new and modern self catering apartment in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Part of a small development of only 36 apartments, sat right on the beach with its own gardens and breathtaking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. This complex has a large (250sqm approx) salt water swimming pool(not heated) for use only by owners and residents, and is ideal for children as it is not too deep. There is an integral jacuzzi and adjacent toilets. For very young children there is a separate shallow pool. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with a gate leading directly onto the beach. The perfectl setting for a great family holiday or a romantic getaway break.

Faro Vista 13 is ideally situated on the beach and only a few minutes walk to the small fishing village of El Cotillo where you will find numerous restaurants, many overlooking the sea and harbours, and serving locally caught fresh fish. The property is on 2 levels - a duplex. Upstairs are one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Downstairs the spacious open plan living area is has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table and seating for 6 people, and a lounge space with a leather sofa and 2 chairs. The property has a terrace looking over the lagoon beaches with table and chairs for outdoor eating and a small planted garden area. The terrace leads directly on to the pool and sunbathing areas. The property has a lockable gate to ensure the safety of young children.

El Cotillo is located on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. While it has expanded in the last few years, it is still a working fishing village and has maintained its local Canarian character and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. El Cotillo is famous for its stunning white sand beaches and protected clear blue lagoons where it is safe to swim all year round. For the more adventurous the surf beach to the south of the village is more exposed to the Atlantic ocean waters and here you can find many water sport activities such as wind and kite surfing and body boarding. The area surrounding the village of El Cotillo is of great natural beauty and much of it protected. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling, walking, birdwatching. The village itself has all the amenities you will need supermarket, banks, internet, cafes, bars and restaurants serving locally caught fresh fish. Correlejo is only 20 mins by car or 40mins by regular local bus service.

Housekeeping: The apartment is cleaned and towels and linen changed weekly. Additional cleaning and laundry service can be arranged.

Driving: Car hire, while useful, is not essential. We can arrange a transfer from the airport and a mini tour of the village on arrival. All areas of the village are easily reached on foot. A regular and reliable bus service from the village travels through several local villages on the way to Correlejo.
