Apartment located in Albano Laziale (ancient village) one of the seven Roman Hills. The apartment is located in an antique building in the center of Albano Laziale, 2° floor (no elevator). The apartment consists of small entrance directly into living room with modern white sofabed, coffee table, open plan to dining and kitchen area. The dining area has a beautiful antique table with chairs. Terracotta tiled floors. Kitchen with light oak storage cupboards, washing machine, undercounter fridge, 4 electric ring hob unit, countertop electric oven, TV, stereo, dvd player. High ceilings, windows look out onto courtyard garden with trees. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe, bookcase, desk, A/C unit (hot & cold). Bathroom ensuite with sitz tub & shower with curtain.

Apartment located in the antique village of Albano Laziale 23km from Rome city center by bus or train. Neighbouring with Castel Gandolfo where the Pope's summer residence is located. The village is one of seven villages up on the hills easy accessable by bus. Where many wine producers have their vineyards for example Frascati. Nearest airport Ciampino 8 km by bus or taxi. Fiumicino airport 30min drive. Half hour drive to the seaside Anzio/Nettuno/Sabaudia.

Affectionate und very tasteful furnished little apartment. Contents all you need and more: internet, cd-player und nice cds. also dvd-player und dvds. its very calm in the apartment. Within 200 meters you find all you need in a lovely town with great views over the country (including Rome).

The relation to the owner is based on trust.
