4th floor. No lift. The living and kitchen area are open plan with two large double glazed windows. There is a comfortable futon sofa bed and easy chair, a round dining table with four chairs and a wall mounted 22' wide screen LCD TV and DVD player. The bedroom is located off the living area. There is a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps and a double wardrobe. A large double glazed window provides plenty of light. The shower room is fully tiled and well appointed with a walk in shower, a modern vanity unit with large mirror, and a toilet. The simple modern white kitchen houses a built in oven and fridge, electric hob, extractor and a dishwasher.
