If you want accommodation in the centre within a short walk to all the main attractions, this is the place to be. This property is a stone throw from the high street ('Calle Larga'). The apartment is newly refurbished with open plan fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer, sofa bed etc. Wifi internet is also available. There is a lovely plaza with restaurants two doors down and a play ground for kids and more restaurants round the other corner. If you fancy the beach, but don't drive, you can walk 10 minutes to the Train/Bus stations and take either of these to any of the nearby beaches, which is what a lot of the locals do. On the other hand, if you fancy just unwinding, there is a lovely Arabian bath about 5 minutes walk away, where you can just relax in the special pool or go for a massage, a mud wrap etc. AS for car parks, there are plenty of public car parking spaces within 3 - 4 minutes of the apartments (for a relatively cheap sum) or free car parking spaces 10 minutes walk away.

The property is in the historical Town centre, 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral, the Alcazar, Gozalez Byass Bodega, the fish, meat, fruits and vegetable market, 2 minutes walk to the Town Hall and many other attractions in town. You can also take the train to Cadiz city (45 minutes), Seville (50 minutes) or El Puerto de Santa Maria to the beach (10 minutes) or take the bus to any of these destinations and many more. These run frequently and are convenient means of exploring many of the interesting places in the Cadiz province. Nearest beach 12km, Sherry Golf 1,5km, Montecastillo Golf 7km, Doñana National Park 20km (San Lucar) Seville 90km.

    However, discount (to be discussed with owner) is given when both apartments are booked together.
    A security deposit of £100.00 is required and this is returned in full once the key is returned and all is confirmed to be well in the apartment.
    A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to reserve your accommodation.
    The balance of your rental fee is required six weeks before your arrival date. Payment in £'s.
    The week runs from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure.
    All linen is included and beach towels are provided.

More on the property location: Plaza del Banco, where the property is located used to house the Bank of Spain on the spot where the public library now stands, hence the name. It is set in exceptionally beautiful surroundings and has a strategic location which has turned it into one of the main enclaves of the city centre, being chosen as the venue for a variety of musical events and open-air exhibitions. Its most significant architectural elements are the public library and municipal archives, along with the central bandstand which defines the character of the square.

Golf: The Sherry Golf Course is only 1.5km out of Jerez and can therefore be considered as a golf course very close to the town centre and can be reached easily and quickly from the apartment, (about 5 minutes drive). It consists of a 18 holes Championship Course (par 72) and a 9 holes par 3 course, (par 27), thereby providing a challenge for both amateurs and professionals alike. There is also the prestigious Montecastillo Barceló Golf Resort, which is only 6km away and can also be easily reached.

The description of the apartment is very accurate, immaculately clean & very well maintained, helen provided excellent customer service.
I would definatly recommend this appartment to a friend or family, there are so many many lovely things to see & do in jerez, & all within walking distance of the appartment.
